Our aim is to to educate our guests to decrease environmental and cultural impacts and to increase awareness of the importance of the minority ethnic groups around the Sapa Region. First take either a jeep or motorbike ride 4km from Sapa to visit the Black Hmong village of Ma Cha which is set in a beautiful lush valley and famous for its picture perfect scenery.
Your trek starts from Sapa Rooms on foot, walking along buffalo trails between mountains and valleys, across rice paddies to arrive in the beautiful Lao Chai village.
Design your own home stay, choose how many nights, which village you would like to stay in and how you would like to get there. Sapa Rooms is all about flexibility in allowing you to create your own dream home stay.
This is a great light half day trek for the day you arrive in Sapa. Take a 3km short down hill trek to Cat Cat Village, the home of the Black H'mong. Walk around visiting people in the village, meet and talk with locals to learn more about their daily life.
Sunday departs at 6:00am for the Muong Hum Market. Total 50km one way by motorbike If you are looking to explore a region outside of Sapa that is untouched and discover the trails only few have ever walked this is the adventure for you.
Every day at 10:00am we start our cooking class with a tour to the local Sapa market. The market is very colourful with many wonderful organic fruits and vegetables to select from.
